Dear ADNI experts,

I would like to know if there is a difference between images identified as "Axial fcMRI (EYES OPEN)" and other resting-state images such as "Axial rsfMRI (Eyes Open)" or "Resting State fMRI". Is it possible to combine these images? Thank you so much in advance!

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.

Yes, the fMRI series are meant to be similar across all vendors for ADNI3.

For ADNI2 you should only see fMRI from sites with a Philips system.
