The data I have downloaded is ADNI1: Screening 1.5T (1075). The steps for downloading data are as follows: download-Image Collections-data collections-other shard collections-ADNI-ADNI1: Screening 1.5T (1075). I want to use this data to do the classification work. Is there any error in this download step? Which of the data I got was MCI, which ones were AD, and which ones were NC?

You would need to also download clinical data from the Study Download section. In particular, the Diagnosis Summary data set provides that information. Also you may want to review the FAQs: http://adni.loni.usc.edu/support/
