I am trying to find the BDNF information (Homo, Hetro, non-carrier) for the ADNI data. The plink file under 'Genotype information' tab does not have the ped/map files. Could any one help me with this.

The plink files on LONI website are in plink binary format. You can convert those to ped/map files by running the following plink command:

plink --bfile ADNI_cluster_01_forward_757LONI --recode --out ADNI_cluster_01_forward_757LONI
