Hi,
I am working with some data, and I found out that some of our snps Id is in "kgp" format. (For example: kgp6703048). How do I convert this id format into an rs snp id?

The genotype data I am using was assayed from the Illumina Human 1M platform.

Please contact the Illumina company to ask the SNP annotation table.
