Hi experts, How can i download Saggital and coronal images for Axial Star images,. In the view panel, I see 256 images for Saggital and coronal but when i add to collection and download, I see only 44 Axial images getting downloaded but not the 256 Saggital and coronal images. Request your response at the earliest.

The Axial T2 Star series acquired of ADNI is a 2D sequence that contains 44 +/- slices. The sagittal and coronal slices you see are 3D reformation of a 2D series done by the viewer (nifti). The resolution in the other two planes is very pixelated as the resolution for the axial acquisition is low.
