Please I have downloaded the genetic data and I have found more than one diagnosis value (1, 2, 3...) related to different times/ dates. I do not know which value can be taken to match the genetic data

As you know, ADNI is a longitudinal study. Therefore, diagnosis can change over time and it is difficult to tell which diagnosis you need to use. It will totally depend on your questions/hypotheses.
