Dear Sir/Mdm, may I know if there is a file containing the legends of all the short-forms that the headings represent? I am also unsure of what the values mean for instance, under subject demographics, PT Hand could be 1, 2, or -4. May I know what these values represent and what PT Hand mean? I would also like to know the meaning for the other short-forms and values.

You should refer to the Data Dictionary for coding information. The Data Dictionary may be found on the Study Data page (where you download the data files) in the Study Info section under ALL Data & Databases.
