Can you tell me how subjects were selected for Whole Genome Sequencing? Was there selection based on APOE genotype?

ADNI-GO/2 participants were selected for WGS who had genomic DNA available from blood at the time of sequencing. APOE status was not a selection factor. See section "2.2.5. Whole genome sequencing" of https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26194313
