In the whole ADNI Dataset where I can find original and corresponding ground truth values to segment hippocampus.

There are no "ground truth values" for any brain structure in the ADNI data set. Such ground truth values are very difficult to obtain, and this issue is beyond the scope of this research project.
There are values for hippocampal volume, determined by the Freesurfer Method in the ADNI data set
