It is possible to link an assessment scale (MMSE,ADAS, etc) result with DTI (diffusion tensor imaging) data for a patient? Or the dates between the time the DTI was done and the time the evaluation (using some assessment scale) was done are separated by a considerable time ?
Yes, you can use the visit to link assessment and MR data. All the assessment records contain VISCODE column indicating on which visit the assessment was conducted. Likewise, MR scans are also labeled with the visit.
