In the aliquot_list_10_21_16.csv file, does the PLA field refer to the current count of plasma aliquots in inventory or the original count?

Dear Colette,
The PLA column in the 'aliquot_list_10_21_16.csv' file reflects then-current (as of 10/21/2016) count of plasma aliquots available for studies.
