| Proposed Analysis: | Two primary analyses are proposed: one concerns analysis of AD-linked atrophy along the long-axis of the hippocampus, linking hippocampal biomarkers to cognitive measures in both healthy and patient populations. This extends earlier pilot analyses I performed using the ADNI1 dataset and now wish to examine in populations with early MCI via the ADNI 2 and GO databases, taking advantage of their additional early/late MCI patient classes. I also wish to evaluate new classification tools I have developed for their potential usefulness in early detection of clinical conversions. |
