Proposed Analysis: | We are woking with methods for classification of AD continuum. More specifically, we are using biomarkers to establish a disease signature. Currently, we are applying the following methods: K-nearest neighbor algorithm, Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique and deep-learning techniques. We would like to apply these methods in ADNI data. |
