Principal Investigator's Name: | Sterling Johnson |
Institution: | University of Wisconsin-Madison |
Department: | Wisconsin ADRC |
Country: | |
Proposed Analysis: | This is a renewal of my data access. My project involves using machine learning and other computational approaches to early detection of symptomatic AD. In this stage of the project we will use PET imaging, tau and amyloid together with Riemannian manifold regression on the Cauchy deformation field of the anatomic images to learn how tau and amyloid act separately or together on brain atrophy in MCI and controls with risk features for AD |

Investigator's Name: | Vikas Singh |
Proposed Analysis: | Dr. Singh is professor of Biostatistics and Computer Science. He and I collaborate on all analyses. He brings the machine learning expertise to this work and implements and validates new algorithms using ADNI data. |
