| Proposed Analysis: | We intend to use a combination of clinical and structural markers to predict conversion to Alzheimer’s Disease in individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment. We will use scores on neuropsychological tests and structural brain imaging scans to pinpoint markers that can be utilised in conjunction to provide a multivariate approach to predicting MCI converters to AD from non-converters. We will investigate semantic memory and processing tasks and associated brain regions in detail. |
