Proposed Analysis:	I would like to examine the effects of gender, florbetapir status, and their interaction on temporal lobe volumes and memory. This appears to be a lack in the literature. Depending on findings, I would like to explore similar interactions in resting state fMRI data. Also depending on results, I would like to investigate whether these interaction effects are predictive of longitudinal as well as concurrent structure (hippocampal volumes) and function (resting state FMRI data, and particularly default mode network and hippocampal connectivity).
