Proposed Analysis: | I will be working in collaboration with Drs. Steven Arnold, John Trojanowski, Virginia Lee, and Leslie Shaw and our statistical colleagues at the University of Pennsylvania to examine for relationships between clinical and demographic features and plasma and CSF biomarkers in the ADNI cohort. I am also interested in examining interrelationships among plasma and CSF biomarkers in the ADNI sub-cohorts both cross-sectionally and for longitudinal stability over the repeated study time points. |
