Ongoing Investigations

ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. To further encourage Alzheimer’s disease research collaboration, and to help prevent duplicate efforts, the list below shows the specific research focus of the active ADNI investigations. This information is requested annually as a requirement for data access.

Proposed Analysis: Accurate diagnosis of AD and MCI can be critical for early treatment has attracted more and more attention nowadays. Many machine learning methods have been gaining increasing popularity for AD related research. We propose a method for a high-level latent feature representation and classification from neuroimaging modalities via deep learning. The classification is mainly used to distinguish AD,MCI and NC base on MRI data. And do some research about big data and data mining after the classification. Hence we will get some conclusion on Alzheimer’s disease stage prediction. We need a large number of MRI data about AD, MCI and NC from you to find out suitable means to classification MCI and AD from deep learning. Hope you will agree with my request. We appreciate the help you provided to us. Thank you.
