| Proposed Analysis: | Cognito Therapeutics is a venture-backed startup developing a new device-based treatment for Alzheimer's disease focused on reducing production of beta-amyloid and increasing clearance. We are interested in analyzing the ADNI datasets to help inform our clinical trial design. In particular, we have the following specific aims: 1) Determination of regional specific amyloid burden for patients with MCI and AD and how they relate to planned treatment regions 2) Evaluating biomarker enrichment strategies for our clinical study 3) Evaluating differences in imaging agents for sensitivity in specific brain regions |
