| Proposed Analysis: | I am the first year Ph.D student of Ecole Centrale de Marseille in France. My research project is classification of medical data using graphs and bio-inspired algorithms, and the medical data is referred to PET image data specifically. The proposed research consists in developing graph representation of 2-D images but also 3-D ones. Each graph has to contain the most important information of the image with a minimum of parameter representation. The development of such techniques will be used for brain image classification in order to help doctors to classify normal from Alzheimer subjects. The database is very important for doing such research and I really hope I can the opportunity to access the data. |
