Proposed Analysis: I would like to develop a Bayesian (spatial) tensor regression model, and apply it to ADNI data. Specifically, I am looking for ADNI DTI (diffusion tensor imaging) data, coming from 2 groups (disease/control) of patients, longitudinal follow-ups, and with measurements at each voxel. Corresponding to each voxel, I would extract the 3x3 DTI tensor matrix, and then model it. Furthermore, dataset should also supply demographics and other important covariates. The proposed analysis will investigate spatial, or graphical association at the tensor level, controlling for covariate effects.
