| Proposed Analysis: | Comparison of Tau PET binding in AD with Tau PET binding in a separate traumatic brain injury cohort. The processing of the TBI PET images is to follow the same procedure as that used in the ADNI cohort. Subsequently I will also investigate different rates of atrophy between TBI and AD using T1 MRI images using Freesurfer and see if the atrophy is specific to voxels with higher Tau PET binding. |
