| Proposed Analysis: | We hypothesized that the loss of functional or structural connections in certain regions in the brain is concurrent with the transition from one stage to another of Alzheimer's Disease. We hope to track the sequence of connection loss and use graph theory to calculate the parameters associated with the correlation matrix from longitudinal MRI data in order to identify those critical regions. |
