| Proposed Analysis: | My lab's goal is to develop multi-scale models of complex diseases. We have a framework using machine learning models based on deep learning to model cancer samples and want to extend this work to other diseases. We have particular interested in neurological diseases where similar data are available as with brain tumors: genomic, clinical and imaging.
