ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. To further encourage Alzheimer’s disease research collaboration, and to help prevent duplicate efforts, the list below shows the specific research focus of the active ADNI investigations. | Proposed Analysis: | I want to use ADNI data to fine-tune the pre-trained networks (VGG and MNIST). The input image blocks is fetched in certain brain area, such as Hippocampus. Then, I will boost the certain-brain-area networks to get better classification between AD, NC and MCI. Furthermore, the result of each certain-brain-area network can be used to see which area is more significant for the diagnosis of dementia. |
