| Proposed Analysis: | Study of CSF amyloid and cortical amyloid burden in the development of depression over time in healthy controls and MCI. To help with the design of a planned study at the Department of Old Age Psychiatry, Oslo University Hospital, we would like to access ADNI samples to do a preliminary study comparing baseline CSF results of individuals with increasing Geriatric Depression Scale and Neuropsychiatric Inventory scores on follow-up visits with those with stable or decreasing scores. |
