| Proposed Analysis: | Recently, I have led the modeling and analysis of MRI data to build a multilayer representation of human brain in healthy and schizophrenic patients (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27471443). The new approach, based on a mathematical framework I have developed in the last 4 years (http://deim.urv.cat/~manlio.dedomenico/multiplex.php) allowed to improve our understanding of schizophrenic brains. Here, I propose to use a similar framework to analyze MRI data from patients affected by AD. |
