Ongoing Investigations

ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. To further encourage Alzheimer’s disease research collaboration, and to help prevent duplicate efforts, the list below shows the specific research focus of the active ADNI investigations. This information is requested annually as a requirement for data access.

Proposed Analysis: I am interested in developing high-dimensional inference tools for analyzing fMRI data. Of particular interest to me is analyzing resting state fMRI data of subjects with Alzheimer's disease. I am planning to use this data for preliminary analysis of statistical methods I am planning to develop. The methods I will be developing will be in line with one of my previous publications: Ayyala, D. N., Roy, A., Park, J. and Rao, G., "Testing equality of autocorrelation matrices at lagzero: Application to Resting State Networks", to appear in Sankhya B, doi:10.1007/s13571-017-0138-x
