Ongoing Investigations

ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. To further encourage Alzheimer’s disease research collaboration, and to help prevent duplicate efforts, the list below shows the specific research focus of the active ADNI investigations. This information is requested annually as a requirement for data access.

Proposed Analysis: I would like to use the ADNI data for statistical methodology development and statistical methods illustration. Specifically, I intent to use ADNI data to i) Develop methods for the analysis of interval-censored competing risks data with missing or misclassified event diagnoses and use ADNI data on AD and death to illustrate the methods. ii) Illustrate the R statistical package intccr for the analysis of interval-censored competing risks data.
Additional Investigators
Investigator's Name: Jun Park
Proposed Analysis: Development of statistical methodology for interval-censored competing risks data with missing or misclassified event diagnoses. The ADNI data will be used to illustrate new statistical methods and existing statistical software.
