| Proposed Analysis: | Analysis will be performed on functional MRI and DTI. In case of fMRI, functional connectome analysis of ROIs associated with default mode network will be performed. Graph theory analysis also supports the connectome analysis. Other parameters like ALFF, fALFF and ReHo will be extracted for the whole brain ROI, and statistical analysis will be performed for predicting the regions contributing more to the progression of AD. In DTI analysis, fiber tractography will be performed and the DTI metrics will be evaluated for the fibers to estimate the degree of fiber integrity between the ROIs of DMN. |
