Proposed Analysis: | To further the biological understanding of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and identify novel biological targets, Immuneering aims to leverage the wealth of newly available clinical and other genomic data. To accomplish this, we plan to utilize PET and MR imaging data along with clinical and genetics data from the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) Study. The ADNI study provides an extensive resource for identifying biological mechanisms underlying AD pathology. We hope to grow the community understanding of AD by publishing our findings in peer-reviewed articles and aspire to present our observations at scientific AD relevant conferences. Any publication or presentation will include proper citations to the ADNI repositories and their authors, and Immuneering will follow proper protocol as outlined by the ADNI. |
