Proposed Analysis: | Longitudinal study of dMRI-based connectivity and amyloid burden (PET). Specifically, using the longitudinal sequences of connectivities to make future sequences. A subsequent analysis using the predictions would lead to a heterogeneity detection using normative probability maps. The amyloid levels from PET would be used to find correlations between the normative probability maps and amyloid burden. A type of recurrent neural network called gated recurrent units (GRU) will be used to make predictions. A probabilistic augmentation of GRU called SP-GRU will also be used to make uncertainty predictions. |
