| Proposed Analysis: | I am a PhD student specializing in brain MRI image processing and I work in collaboration with the Division of Clinical Geriatrics of Karolinska Institute (Stockholm, Sweden). I intend to use the data from the ADNI dataset (in particular, structural MRI data) for mainly two applications: (1) implementation of a segmentation pipeline (for structures of interest in Alzheimer's research, e.g. the hippocampus) using deep learning; (2) studying shape changes of such structures during disease progression. |
