| Proposed Analysis: | We have conducted a single-maker and gene-based GWAS of plasma beta amyloid (Ab) levels in two different cohorts: The Long Life Family Study (LLFS) and The Washington Heights-Hamilton Heights-Inwood Community Aging Project (WHICAP). We have identified several loci associated with circulating amyloid peptides. Access to ADNI cohort will allow us to seek replication of these findings |
