| Proposed Analysis: | We are proposing to use this data for a PhD topic in Mathematics (Statistics). We are looking to develop a new technique for analysing fMRI data in which we can model entire connectivity matrices whilst simultaneously taking into consideration missing data. We are exploring the use of network analyses and extension of generalised linear models to do this. The use of this data would be invaluable in helping to train and test any models that we create. |
