Proposed Analysis: | To investigate the spatial patterns of amyloid, tau and neurodegeneration in different AT(N) profiles, we plan to focus on the cognitively unimpaired and impaired elderly ADNI participants with amyloid PET, tau PET, FDG PET, structural MRI images and CSF biomarkers. Region of interesting and voxel-wise analyses will be done to create spatial patterns of amyloid, tau and neurodegeneration in different AT(N) stages. We aim to understand the temporal sequences of amyloid, tau and neurodegeneration on the AD continuum and the relationships between amyloid, tau and neurodegenetaion in AT(N) research framework. |
