Proposed Analysis: Abnormalities in Hippocampus plays an important role in many Brain diseases like Alzheimer, Schizophrenia, etc. The easiest solution is the manual annotation for ROIs in brain MR images, which is time-consuming and error-prone. Using ADNI dataset I try to propose an automatic technique for exact segmentation of brain ROIs using some new effective Deep learning methods.
