| Proposed Analysis: | As part of our basic research program into biomarkers in neurodegeneration, we are interested in looking for biomarkers that are associated with disease progression, disease onset, and features of the disease which might indicate different states, such as neuronal loss, neuroinflammation or metabolic disruption. As part of this process, we would like access to The Alzheimer's Disease Metabolomics Consortium (ADMC/ADNI) general metabolomic datasets for the AD research community. These will be used in the context of the accelerating medicines partnership for Alzheimer's disease, with an emphasis on changes in brain lipids and lipid receptors and transporters in the brain that are seen in AD and MCI |
