Proposed Analysis:	I wish to complete a longitudinal analysis using DTI metrics to compare white matter integrity changes in cognitively normal, subjective memory impairment, MCI and AD individuals over a 2 year time frame. Pairing these metrics with cognitive abilities and diagnostic changes can help to identify non-invasive biomarkers of individuals who may transition to AD.
