| Proposed Analysis: | We are interested in doing dynamic prediction to the progression of AD with multiple baseline and time-varying proteins in the brain. We plan to adopt machine learning algorithms along with functional data analysis in conducting the prediction. In particular, we will assess the proposed model discrimination and calibration performance and disseminate results in a statistical paper. |
