| Proposed Analysis: | Our previous study showed glucose metabolism of the white matter is higher in patients with AD than healthy subjects. In a further study with ADNI data, our study aims to investigate how the degree of glucose metabolism of white matter and gray matter measured by F-18 FDG PET in MCI patients is related to the clinical findings and clinical course of the patients. We also analyzed the relationship between glucose metabolism of white matter and amyloid & tau deposition in patients with MCI. |
