| Proposed Analysis: | Using ADNI Biomarker Data in the exploring the development of convulsion network for early identification of individuals from CN to MCI to AD. We are particularly interested in identifying information gain and mutual information across features included in the model. Model features will initially limited to those derived form clinical setting (i.e. blood markers, cognitive screens, genetic data), but will hopefully move to include more complex data from imaging. |
