Proposed Analysis: | The aim of the study is to explore genetic variations and brain structure and function. Brain structure and function varies from individuals. Magnetic resonance imaging is a non-invasively method to detect phenotypes differences of neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. Thus, MRI can be a bridge to link genetic variations of individuals and neurological disorders. 1) gene differential expression to identify gene mutation 2)duplicate previous mutation in this dataset. 3) link the genetic variation to brain structure and function (firm) using regression model |
