| Proposed Analysis: | The goal is to compare different machine learning on resting-state fMRI. To do so, the functional connectivity from different ROIs will be extracted and used to predict demographics data. The results will be compared to other publicly available resting-state fMRI. Such analysis will allow to reproducibility aspects of using machine learning methods with resting-state fMRI. |
