Proposed Analysis: | I have recently been conducting research on group selection and individual level feature selection in generalized linear models. This type of research can be potential implemented on sMRI and fMRI data for predicting AD. Since the brain structure can be naturally segmented into different groups (atlas), the group selection method can be used for investigating the progression of AD. By extracting radiomic features from fMRI data, one can also implement the variable selection techniques for learning the diagnosis of AD. |
