| Proposed Analysis: | We are trying to generate high resolution MRI scans from low resolution images using Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs). High spatial resolution in MRI typically comes at the expense of longer scan time, less spatial coverage, and lower signal to noise ratio (SNR). If we could reconstruct a high-resolution (HR) image from a low-resolution (LR) input, we can potentially achieve larger spatial coverage, higher SNR and better spatial resolution in a shorter scan. |
