| Proposed Analysis: | The proposed analyses aim to characterize whole brain neural correlates of working memory by examining the relative and potentially interactive contributions of structural and functional neuroimaging measures to baseline working memory performance. Structural measures include white matter (fractional anisotropy, white matter hyperintensity), gray matter (volume, surface area, cortical thickness), cerebral blood flow, and functional connectivity. We also aim to determine how such contributions may predict working memory decline over a period of 5 years. |
