| Proposed Analysis: | In conjunction with Dr. Jeongchul Kim we are collaborating to mapping of the subarachnoid space leveraging our combined experience in machine learning (myself) and finite element methods (Dr. Kim). We are interested in CSF flow changes to better understand the role of clearance mechanisms for plaque build up. We want to understand how the glymphatic system can inform pathology development. Additionally, I am working with Dr. Marc Benayoun on a PET/MR multi-modal project to advance ML/AI integrated algorithms to glean understanding from integrated information to better combine and leverage integrated neural networks for a less silo-ed approach to AI. |
