| Proposed Analysis: | We will analyze the ADNI data using MRI connectomics approaches to develop pipelines for extracting connectomes and identify biomarkers for disease in the connectome. We will correlate these markers with the non-imaging data. These results will be used to inform subsequent analysis of other MR-scale connectomes, including the analysis of brains with MS and other diseases. |
