Proposed Analysis:	Among each of the cohorts requested, I plan to interrogate known genes of interest for SNPs, to investigate association between clinical outcomes available, imaging features, and outcomes. Ultimately, these will be used to define CSF biomarkers at the genomic level (non-coding RNA), based on the candidate SNPs of interest.
